I just got back from my doctor and I'm in great shape. My headaches are from stress. The origin is the muscles in the head which are sore from being contracted. The skipped pulse beats are not anything to worry about, something I already knew, but exercise is good for them, not bad. I lost some weight, a good thing and we'll see how my cholesterol is next week. Essentially, I'm in fine shape except for stress. My doctor's prescription: get out and have some fun.

Tiny seems to be improving a little bit. It's really hard to say, but she is eating just a bit more. It's still not enough and she's going to be fed with a syringe again today. I did see her grooming last night. That's a good sign, but she is still a bit of a mess. This is going to take some time.

I'm off today. I took the whole day since I had a doctor's appointment in the morning. I thought about going in for half a day for a while, but gave up on that. It's very humid out, most unpleasant. Also, taking the day off seems more in line with my doctor's prescription.
